Here we find a teenage Terri Chapman, floor-dwelling on what I presume is Christmas morning in her Evergreen House living room. Her (and my) maternal grandparents Don and Betty DeVoe are watching on.
I spot a Christmas tree on the TV console, flanked by two angels; and there’s a Christmas elf on the end-table beyond the couch. I like the “Don” and “Betty” mugs/thermos on the couch. As for Terri, we can only wonder what she has unwrapped from the Marcal Sani-Hanks box; one hopes it was more than a large supply of facial tissues.
For date, we have a photo processing date of March 1980, so I’ll take that to likely mean Christmas Day 1979 — that’s 40 years ago! Terri would be 14 years old, while Don and Betty are 63 and 62 respectively.
